I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2010. I had to change my life in many ways, personally as well as professionally. I realized how difficult it was for people suffering from food allergies and conditions such as Celiac to enjoy many of their favorite food and freshly baked treats. It soon became my passion to create a flour blend and desserts that are not only gluten-free but would taste great as well.
